Known Issues
Nix, the Last Songborn » Devlog
Since the game is still in its early prototype phase, small bugs, glitches and issues are expected.
Here's an unordered and absolutely not exhaustive list of the ones I found during testing.
Issues
- While using a Controller along side Mouse and Keyboard, menu items will sometimes not be recognize by the controller.
- Temp in-game fix: Reselect one button with the mouse.
- While loading a new game, item held in the staff can sometimes not render at all.
- Temp in-game fix: Return to main menu and start a new game.
- It is possible to break out of bounds by using the Bell skillfully and pogo stick outside the playing area.
- Temp in-game fix: Return to main menu and start a new game.

Glitches
- The Wall Jump Up animation can repeat the same frame multiple time.
- Just after a Bouncing Wall Jump, the character can show one frame of the Wall Slide animation while in the air.
- It is possible to balance on the corner of a ledge during the Jump animation, the Ground Check not detecting the ground.
- The Bell's sound changes pitch when touching the ground. Not intended but maybe I'll keep it that way.
- When coming back on the Main Menu, sometimes the colors of the foreground elements keeps the configuration of the ones during play.
